M-Engineering provides specific software calibrations for individual vehicle use and is not liable for misuse or vehicle behaviour due to installation error or mechanical issues. M-Engineering will work one-on-one with individuals to assist with remote diagnosis to vehicles to our best ability and advise next-action steps as needed. End-users are responsible for vehicle maintenance, integrity of aftermarket parts installation, and having their vehicles up-to-date with their manufacturer's latest updates and TSB's.

- Use a traceable shipping method to send the item back.
Refunds:
Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will issue a refund to your original form of payment within 5 business days. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable. Additionally, a 15% handling charge will be deducted from the total refund amount.
Exclusions:
Custom or made-to-order items are not eligible for returns unless defective.
